DECISION AND ORDER
BRAMWELL, District Judge.
The instant matter concerns certain Louisiana plaintiffs’ motions to remand their respective cases to New Orleans for the trial of damages. It also involves Eastern Airlines’ motion for a certification of the order entered in accordance with the jury’s finding of negligence for appeal to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b) (1976) or, in the alternative, pursuant to Rule 54(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
