This is a legal malpractice ease resulting in a directed verdict and judgment for ap-pellee. Appellant, O. R. Trubell, individually and d/b/a Gulf Specialties Manufacturing Co., was a manufacturer of adhesive compounds in Houston. Among others, one type of adhesives he made was solvent-based and highly flammable. He sold his adhesives to various customers, including, in 1968, General Refrigeration & Supply Co.
