Before the Court is a motion (the “Motion”) [Docket No. 33] filed by Ford Motor Credit Corporation (“Ford”) for the allowance and payment of an administrative claim in this chapter 13 case. Ford seeks the allowance of an administrative expense claim for damages resulting from the breach of an assumed automobile lease. For the following reasons, the Court will grant the Motion to allow Ford’s administrative expense claim in the amount of $2,371.28 and direct the Debtors to file a modified plan providing for payment of the administrative…
