Tyrone Williams, a former pretrial detainee at the Moultrie County Jail, appeals the dismissal of his civil rights suit against the County, the sheriff, and the jail administrator. The district court dismissed Williams’s suit under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 37(b) for his failure to comply with multiple court orders requiring him to provide initial disclosures and respond to discovery requests.
