These are the findings of fact and conclusions of law in phase II of a 40-day nonjury trial in this declaratory judgment class action concerning insurance coverage for defendant Robert A. Keasbey Company in more than 10,000 underlying asbestos personal injury actions pending in Supreme Court, New York County.
