1Opinion of the CourtMcCulloch, C. J.

Plaintiffs, M. L. Rider and his wife, R. V. Rider, instituted this action against the defendant railway company to recover damages sustained on account of alleged negligence of the servants of defendant in causing them to debark from the train at a station short of their destination. The trial jury returned a verdict in their favor, and defendant appealed.

No question is raised as to the two causes of action being joined in one action.

Plaintiffs resided at Patmos, Arkansas, a small village on the line of defendant’s railroad, and went to Stamps, Arkansas, on a visit. Mrs. Rider had been absent…
