This is a proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review the determination of the State Liquor Authority denying petitioner’s application for a restaurant liquor license.
Prior to the present application the petitioner conducted a place of business at 17 Richmond Avenue, Lockport, New York, for a period of about ten years under a restaurant liquor license issued to him by the Authority.
