The plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court dismissing the only count against the defendant South Shore Bank (bank). 3 The plaintiffs challenge the correct ness of a protective order precluding discovery, and the subsequent entry of an order for summary judgment and the entry of the judgment. See Mass. R. Civ. P. 56 (b), 365 Mass. 824 (1974).
