Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Kane, J.), entered December 20, 2000 in Sullivan County, which granted defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
On January 30, 1998, at approximately 9:00 a.m., plaintiff allegedly slipped and fell while walking to her car in the parking lot of the apartment complex where she resided in the Town of Monticello, Sullivan County.
