This is an appeal from a January 24, 1975 Order of the Circuit Court for Charles County declaring that appellant, Washington Homes, Inc. (Washington Homes), no longer has any rights in an option to purchase “approximately 253 lots” located in an area of Charles County known as the Wakefield Neighborhood. One of the appellees, Interstate General Development, Inc.
