{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Mary and Tim A. Adkins, appeal from a judgment entered by the trial court to enforce a purported settlement agreement between them and defendant-appellee Franco Orefice, administrator of the estate of Verlin J. Place, whereby the Adkinses would receive $20,000 from the estate. The Adkinses contend that the trial court erred by entering the judgment without a hearing, because there is a genuine dispute whether they ever entered into the settlement agreement.
