OPINION
This cause came on for hearing July 27, 1981, to consider the motion of plaintiffs for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs. 1
Plaintiffs, a class of black residents of the City of Apopka, Florida, commenced this action against the above-named defendants seeking injunctive relief to remedy the effects of alleged discrimination in the provision of municipal services to inhabitants of the City of Apopka.
