STEINFELD, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Campbell Circuit Court dismissing a complaint against Maurice Lohre and unknown defendant(s). 1

On July 19, 1971, appellants, Mr. and Mrs. Strother Johnson, sued for damages resulting from injuries to Mr. Johnson during his employment at Interlake, Inc., on July 20, 1970. They alleged that his injuries were caused by the negligence of Mr. Lohre, a fellow-employee, and unknown defendant(s). Mr. Johnson sought his damages for physical injuries and Mrs. Johnson sought to recover for loss of consortium. The Johnsons caused summonses to be…
