STATE OF CONNECTICUT v. ROBERT R.* (SC 20355) Robinson, C. J., and McDonald, D’Auria, Kahn, Ecker and Keller, Js. Syllabus Convicted of sexual assault in the first degree in connection with the sexual abuse of M, the stepsister of the defendant’s girlfriend, S, the defendant appealed. At trial, M testified that the defendant had sexually assaulted her on four occasions, the first three of which occurred when M was a minor and the defendant was in his twenties.
