KHOUZAM, Judge.

The Federal National Mortgage Association- (FNMA) appeals the order denying its motion to vacate the dismissal of ■its foreclosure complaint without prejudice. We have jurisdiction 1 and affirm the decision below.

FNMA filed a verified foreclosure complaint after Linda Linner allegedly ceased making mortgage payments. The trial court eventually entered an order scheduling á case management conference for December 11, 2014.
