Thompson, Jr., J.), entered June 28, 2012, which, in an action for personal injuries allegedly sustained when plaintiff slipped and fell as he ascended the stairs in defendant’s building, granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
