On June 8,1951, a decree of divorce upon the grounds of desertion was entered herein on the complaint of Lillian R. Anderson, plaintiff-appellee, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, against Arthur R. Anderson, defendant-appellant, hereinafter referred to as the defendant.
