Defendant, Scott Eppens, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust. He contends the trial court erred in permitting testimony regarding the child’s truthfulness on a specific occasion and in admitting a prior consistent statement to a police detective.
