Gouger v. County of Sarpy

Walter W. Gouger and Mary Jean Gouger brought this action in the district court for Sarpy County against the County of Sarpy. The purpose of the action is to quiet their title in and to Lots 5 and 6, Block 130, in the City of Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska, together with the vacated streets and alleys adjoining, as against certain tax liens in favor of the county of Sarpy.
