[1] 1. It is alleged in the amended petition that the R. L. Radke Company is a commercial, moneyed, and business corporation, organized under the laws of the state of California for the purpose of buying, taking options upon, holding, improving, leasing, letting, selling, and dealing generally in real property; for the construction, maintenance, holding, leasing, and selling buildings; and also for buying, selling, and dealing in all kinds of goods, wares, and merchandise.
