*750In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant and third-party plaintiff appeals and the third-party defendant separately appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Nelson, J.), dated March 13, 2008, which denied the defendant third-party plaintiffs motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it.
