Appellees, cousins and heirs-at-law of William H. Hudelson, deceased, filed their bill in the circuit court of Clay county to contest his last will and testament, and the codicil thereto, and to set aside the probate thereof, on the ground that the execution of the will was obtained by undue influence, and that the testator wás mentally incompetent to make a will at the time of the execution of the will and at the time of the execution of the codicil.
