1Opinion of the Court

TAMM, Circuit Judge:

Appellants, 1 Maurice Cephas and James McCall, 2 charged with, and convicted of, armed robbery, 3 assault with a dangerous weapon 4 and possession of an unregistered firearm, 5 now challenge the denial of motions for judgment of acquittal alleging that the evidence was insufficient and the instructions of law erroneous. 6 After careful consideration of the record and the arguments advanced by the respective parties, we find no reversible error and accordingly affirm the judgments of the District Court.
