This suit was commenced in a justice’s court, went thence to the county court, and now comes to this court by appeal. *362The evidence disclosed the following facts: Otto Lee was a squatter on land belonging to the appellant, and the latter recovered a judgment against him, before a justice of the peace, ivjr its possession, in an action of unlawful detainer.
