Pursuant to an order of reference in each of the above-entitled proceedings, appointing me referee to take evidence in relation to the matters and things put in issue by the return to the writ, and more particularly upon the questions of illegality, overvaluation and inequality of the assessment of relator’s real property within the town of Ovid, Seneca county, N.
