Jackie C. Slayton was convicted by a jury of two counts of driving under the influence (Counts 1 and 2), two counts of endangering a child by driving under the influence (Counts 3 and 4) and failure to maintain lane (Count 5). For sentencing, the trial court merged the two DUI convictions, and merged Slayton’s convictions for endangering a child by DUI with her conviction for failure to maintain lane.
