The plaintiffs brought this action to recover on a judgment in the amount of $1373.50 entered in their favor against the defendant on February 8, 1949, in the Supreme Court of the state of New York. The Court of Common Pleas, to which the present action was returned, rendered judgment for the plaintiffs, and the defendant has appealed.
