The following petitioners, defendants in the trial court, filed separate petitions for a writ of mandamus in this proceeding arising from two actions filed and then consolidated in the Franklin Circuit Court: 3M Company, Inc., Daikin America, Inc., and Dyneon, LLC (case no. 1081246); To-ray Fluorofibers America, Inc. (case no. 1081254); and Synagro South, LLC, and Synagro-WWT, Inc. (“Synagro”) (case no. 1081265).
