This matter comes before us upon exceptions and objections to the first and final account of Roy T. Bireley, Executor, which objections were filed by the four residuary legatees under the will of Edmund M. Bireley, deceased. Objectants allege that the fees paid to the executor and to the attorney for the estate are excessive and unreasonable, and further, that the executor failed to discharge his düty to invest prudently the proceeds of the estate pending final distribution.
