The above entitled matter came on for a hearing before me in the Hackensack court house on the 'loth day of July, 1935, and the 22d day of July, 1935, as the result of a petition filed by the petitioner through his attorney, Eobert Kasdin, Esquire, and an answer filed by the respondent through its attorney, Edwin Jos.
