This is the appeal of Paul Denick (Den-ick) from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County (Court of Common Pleas) striking his name from the primary election ballot of the Democratic Party as a candidate for District Justice of Electoral District 38-1-25 (district). We affirm.
