Claimant worked for Syracuse University as a painter in a building owned by it, off the campus, in the downtown section of Syracuse. The employer is a corporation organized and operated exclusively as an educational institution. The property, known as the University Building, is not used in connection with any of the employer’s educational activities, operated, as it is, solely as a profit-making commercial enterprise.
