— On October 9, 1935, Ernest Wright entered into a contract, entitled, “Stock 'Share Agreement and Lease,” with Albert Flatterich and Dorothy Flatterich, husband and wife, by the terms of which he leased to said Flatterich and wife 120 acres of land in Black Hawk county, Iowa, for the term of two years, from March 1, 1936, to February 28, 1938. This agreement contained further provisions under which it appears that the farm was to be (operated in the manner of a joint enterprise.
