Proceeding pursuant to section 298 of the Executive Law to review so much of an order of the State Human Rights Appeal Board, dated March 16, 1979, as affirmed those portions of an order of the State Division of Human Rights, dated June 9, 1978, which (1) found that the petitioners had unlawfully discriminated against the complainants on the basis of sex and (2) directed certain affirmative action, including an award of back pay for services rendered by them during the 1973-1974 and 1974-1975 school years.
