Plaintiff Hye S. Thompson (“Thompson”) brings this action against her former employer, Olsten Kimberly Qualitycare, Inc. (“Ol-sten”) alleging national origin discrimination in violation of the Minnesota Human Rights Act (“MHRA”), Minn.Stat. §§ 363.01-363.15, defamation, and negligent supervision and retention.
