The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission charged the respondent, Al-phaeus S. Woolbert, in a single count Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action with failing to act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing a client, in violation of Rule 1.2 of the Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Law; with failing to keep his clients reasonably informed, in violation of Prof Cond.R. 1.4(a); and with failing to surrender papers and property to which his clients were entitled, in violation of Prof. Cond.R. 1.16(d).
