O’NIELL, O. J.

Harry G. Warren, residing in New Orleans, died on the 4th of February, 1925, leaving property exceeding $100,-000 in value, and being half of a community estate. He was survived by his wife, but had no forced heirs. Among the assets of the estate were 594 shares of the capital stock of Walker Bros. & Co., Limited, a corporation domiciled in New Orleans, and engaged in the wholesale drygoods business.
