People Ex Rel. Smith v. Fleming

This is a writ of error to the county court of LaSalle county to review a judgment of that court overruling certain objections of the three tax-payers hereinafter mentioned, to the taxes for the year 1931 and the entering of a judgment and order of sale of the lands in question.

There is no objection raised as to preliminary proceedings nor as to the sufficiency of publication of notice, and although there are several errors assigned on the record, they are all embraced within one or the other of the two objections to the taxes filed by plaintiffs in error, which are in substance as follows:…
