Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Doris Ling-Cohan, J.), entered July 18, 2012, which, insofar as appealed from as limited by the briefs, denied plaintiffs cross motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability on his Labor Law § 240 (1) cause of action, and granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the Labor Law § 200 and common-law negligence claims to the extent asserted against defendant Pavarini McGovern LLC (Paravini), unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, plaintiff’s cross motion granted and defendants’ motion denied.
