The appeal in this case is from a decision of the Superior Court of Baltimore City confirming the decision of the State Industrial Accident Commission in favor of Ella S. Snyder, widow of George A. Snyder, deceased. The material facts in the case are undisputed and are set forth in a stipulation substantially as follows: George A. Snyder, on June 28th, 1923, received an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment by the Sea Gull Specialty Company.
