Feb. 4,1919, an opinion was handed down in this case affirming the judgment appealed from. On March 3, 1919, appellants filed a petition asking a rehearing of their appeal, by which our attention has been called to certain errors appearing in the opinion, mainly as to dates, which from a further examination of the record we find it necessary to correct, and the correction of which will necessarily result in the reversal, instead of an affirmance, of the…
