This appeal is from a judg.ment of the District Court ordering the sale, upon the application of the administrators, of all the lands belonging to the estate of William Dunovant, deceased. The application presented by the administrators to the County Court asked for an order directing them to sell .all the lands of the estate at private or public sale, either for cash or on credit, and in separate tracts or as a whole, as might be deemed to the best interest of the estate.
