Defendants, Hazel Manor Condominiums, Inc., Thomas Joyce and Nancy Lee Joyce, bring this interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s order denying their petition to enjoin plaintiff, Commercial National Bank of Chicago (CNB), from conducting a sale of certain collateral pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
