On November 17, 1972, plaintiff Lorn L. Hinish, a Maryland resident, was granted a full and final divorce from his wife, Hilda R. Hinish, by Judge James Macgill of the Circuit Court for Howard County. On June 19, 1973, Judge Mac-gill awarded custody over Lori, plaintiff’s minor daughter, to the child’s mother, granted plaintiff regular visitation rights, and required plaintiff to pay twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per week for child support to his estranged spouse.
