This is an action in trespass to try title, brought by appellant against C. F. Burkhardt, W. H. Jackson, D. B. Coleman, and W. M. Stewart, in the district court of Dallam county, for the recovery of a certain section of land. The original petition was filed the 12th day of August, 1911. On the 5th day of August, 1912, the appellees answered by general denial and a plea of not guilty. There was a trial before the court, resulting in a judgment which recites that the defendants were purchasers for a valuable consideration in good faith, without notice of the land in controversy, and decreed…
