These two small claims cases were consolidated for trial and came before this court on May 5, 1994.

After trial the court makes the following findings of fact.

The plaintiffs, Broome and André, wanted to take a basic beginners’ computer programming course for which there were no prerequisites such as advanced math or science courses. In search of a basic beginners’ computer programming course, the plaintiffs obtained the Pace University 1993-1994 Graduate Catalog and Application (Pace Catalog) for the School of Computer Science and Information Systems…
