Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (Kane, J.), rendered October 8, 1993, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of burglary in the second degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, possession of burglar’s tools and unlawful possession of radio devices.
