This is an action for wrongful death of plaintiffs five-year-old child in which judgment is asked for $2,300,798.93 plus costs, interest and attorneys fees. The court granted a motion striking the portions of plaintiffs complaint which alleged grounds for a recovery exceeding $45,000. This order was made a final judgment. There has been no objection that there has not been strict compliance with C.R.C.P. 54(b); and we proceed under the assumption that there has been substantial compliance with that rule. We affirm the district court.
