The plaintiff, Bruce Brayman Builders, Inc. (Brayman), appeals from a Superior Court judgment in favor of the defendant, James M. Lamphere, the Town Planner for the Town of Hopkinton, denying Bray-man’s declaratory judgment action on the basis of Brayman’s purported failure to exhaust its administrative remedies.
