Section 92 of the Domestic Relations Court Act of the City of New York particularizes the powers conferred upon the Domestic Relations Court of the City of New York and the Family Court, a division thereof. Subdivision 16 of section 92 grants the power “ to modify or vacate any order issued by the court.”

The respondent seeks on this motion a hearing “ on the question of relationship between petitioner and respondent and for such other and further relief, etc.”
